May Update
Our community is nearing completion. Twenty families have closed on their beautiful new loft homes. Four remain under construction, two are sold and two are available for sale. We have One G1B and one G2B both with Sandia Mountain views. Our landscaping will be completed this month along with all sidewalks and perimeter walls and fencing. Our families have joined together and created a very warm and exciting new neighborhood. One that is, and will continue to be, a lending example of how Albuquerque can re-invent its precious urban land resources. Thanks to the community for supporting our design and having the patients to endure the long construction cycles. We are all proud of our subcontractors and craftsman and suppliers and the hundreds of folks that worked so hard on Glenwood Lofts. Thank you Albuquerque!
